Female Junior Playing Membership Now Open – Great Value for Young Players and Families! Thornensians RUFC is proud to offer the 'Female Junior Playing Membership – Second Sibling Onwards' Package for the upcoming season. This package is perfect for young players looking to develop their rugby skills in a supportive, well-structured club environment – and it’s designed with affordability and family value in mind. Eligibility & Requirements This package is available only to members whose Parents or Guardian have already purchased the Club Membership (£30). This structure ensures all members are part of the Thornensians community and helps us comply with RFU regulations, which require every junior player to be linked to a registered adult member. Therefore, at least one parent or guardian of any junior playing member must hold a Club Membership. This Package is also only available to Siblings (male or female) of junior players who have selected the ‘Junior Player Membership – 1st Child’ Package. (either Male or Female, and either single payment or Instalment option). Cost & Payment • 12 Monthly Payments of £10 (£120). What’s Included in the Junior Playing Membership: • RFU basic player insurance • All match and training subs included – no hidden weekly fees • Access to qualified coaching staff • Full use of changing rooms and shower facilities (Under-13s and up) • Post-match meals after games • Parents also receive all Club Membership benefits: - Bar discounts (~10%). - Discounted event and facility hire. - Free entry to home fixtures. - Entry to England ticket ballot. - Monthly prize draw access. Try Before You Commit - Want to give rugby a go before signing up? No problem – join us for up to four taster sessions at just £5 per week, with no commitment required until you're ready to purchase a full membership. Joining Mid-Season? Let’s Talk! If you're a new junior player joining partway through the season, speak to a member of the team – we'll adjust the membership price to reflect the time remaining. We’re always excited to welcome new young players to the Thornensians family! Important Reminder: Don’t forget – RFU GMS Player Registration must still be completed via your personal GMS portal.
