With excitement building around the club, the countdown is officially on for the return of the Thornensians RUFC Summer Ball 2026 on Saturday 13th June — and there’s still time to secure your place!

The annual Summer Ball has become one of the highlights of the Thornensians social calendar, bringing together players, parents, coaches, volunteers, sponsors and supporters for an unforgettable evening celebrating everything that makes our club so special.

From fantastic food and live entertainment to dancing, laughter and plenty of memories, the night promises to be another brilliant occasion for the whole Thornensians family.

Guests attending can look forward to:

🥂 Welcome drinks on arrival
🕡 Arrivals from 6:30pm
🍽️ A delicious three-course meal
🎶 Live music from The Bowkers
🎧 DJ entertainment throughout the evening
🥓 Midnight bacon sandwiches
🎯 A few games and surprises around and about during the night

Whether you’re looking forward to dancing the night away, catching up with teammates and friends, or simply enjoying a fantastic atmosphere, there will be something for everyone.

The Summer Ball is more than just a social event — it’s a chance to celebrate the incredible community spirit that runs throughout Thornensians RUFC.

From Minis and Juniors to Girls Rugby, Senior Rugby, volunteers, committee members and supporters, the event brings the entire club together under one roof to reflect on another fantastic year and look ahead to the future.

There are still tickets available at £65 each, but availability is becoming limited as the event draws closer.
